How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–5 business days via our US fulfillment partners. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $70. Orders under $70 ship for a flat $8, and express is available at checkout.
What's your return policy?

Are these the same products I can find cheaper elsewhere?
Some of our categories exist all over the internet — that's the point. We do the sorting for you, choosing the versions that actually hold up, and back them with real support. You're paying for curation and service, not markup.
How do I care for the velvet hangers and cedar pieces?
Velvet hangers wipe clean with a damp cloth. Cedar refreshes with a light sanding once or twice a year to bring back the scent — no need to replace it.
